What
happens if the Irvine Tennis ships an item incorrectly?
If we shipped the wrong item we will ship your correct order right
away at our expense. The incorrect item needs to be returned via
US Postal Priority Mail. Upon arrive we will credit the return shipping
cost. Do not use Express service to return items.

Next Day Air
We can begin delivery on overnight orders quicker and later than
most online services. Just call before 8 p.m. EST, and in most cases,
we'll ship your order that same day (pending credit card approval)
for delivery the following business day. A business day is Monday
though Friday, not including holidays.

Returns & Exchanges
In general, returns can be made within 30 days of purchase. Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition with all included packaging and documentation. Refunds are offered on all products with the exception of shoes, shoes may be returned for a store credit or exchange only. All refunds are for merchandise and applicable tax only, shipping charges are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion.
The following guidelines must be followed for all returns:
- Enclose the original packing slip along with all packaging
- The return should be carefully packed to avoid damage. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Upon receipt of your return, we will either refund the purchase price (excluding shoes) or exchange sizes and return the items to you.
- Sorry, but we cannot accept items returned more than 30 days after invoice date.

Stringing
All Racquets are custom strung to your specifications. If you do
not specify the tension for your racquet then we will use the recommended
tension by the manufacturer. For a limited time we are offering
Free racquet stringing except for In-Store Sales. String life is
not guaranteed. String life depends on the playing style, string
tension, the string pattern and the stiffness of the racquet. String
breakage is not refundable do to "Pinching";Customers
are responsible for shipping.

Price Matching
We will gladly meet the racquet prices of our Internet competitors!
However, we must be able to verify the lower price. If Irvine Tennis
cannot confirm a the lower price, our price will stand. Simply give
us a call and inform our staff you found a better price from another
source. We will honor the lower price if the following criteria's
are met. This policy applies to exact (including color) models with
manufacturer warranties, in stock availability (must have the correct
size), must be an authorized dealer and does not apply towards closeout
items or stock clearance, or a membership prices. We reserve the
right to confirm lower prices before we finalize the sale.

Warranty
Information
All
racquet manufacturers provide a full one-year warranty against manufactured
defects. If a racquet purchased from our Company appears to have
a defect, the racquet must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection.
The final decision concerning replacement will be made by the manufacturer
not by Irvine Tennis. If we send in the racquet for the replacement
process will take 4-5 weeks. Several manufacturers including Wilson
and Prince allow the customer to deal direct, reducing the the replacement
process to 2-3 weeks and saving money on shipping. Head is the only
manufacturer that will not ship directly back to the customer.

Customers can call Prince direct and the handle the return process.
Prince will give you a RA # to placed on the outside of the package
to track the return.
Wilson
Customers can call Wilson direct and the handle the return process.
Wilson will give you a RA # to placed on the outside of the package
to track the return.
Yonex
The customer needs to call us to setup the warranty return; We will
call Yonex and get a RA # that is to be placed on the outside of
the box. We will setup the warranty process to have the racquet
shipped directly back to you, from Yonex.
